Venezuelan B-boy Kenyer Méndez, aged 27, boasts a remarkable 15-year journey in the realm of breakdancing. Originally studying nursing, he was on the cusp of completing his degree with just two semesters remaining when he made the difficult decision to leave Venezuela in 2016, compelled by the country's challenging circumstances and the responsibility of caring for his two daughters.
Upon relocating to Colombia, Kenyer immersed himself in the vibrant street culture, collaborating with fellow dancers in captivating street performances and showcasing his talents at traffic intersections, where he mastered a distinctive maneuver known as the Slide Head. It was through these unconventional venues that he discovered a lucrative niche, ultimately establishing himself as a standout performer.
